Ulma the property manager, when I first met her she was very nice and polite and cheerful. She is very understanding and explained things easy. I never have a better manager than her. She always smiles.

My experience living at The Platform has been an amazing one. Ms. Ulma and her team are very kind and are always willing to help when needed. The maintenance man, Mr. Duranzo, is kind and has a quick response time when maintenance is needed. I highly recommend anyone who is looking for a new place to live to give The Platform a try!

The apartment is great, the area feels very safe and secure and I have enjoyed the location. We have definitely had some complications with our internet but Ulma, the property manager has always been very helpful. Ulma prioritizes customer service and genuine help with any of my concerns.
