The Plantation at Lafayette

I've lived here for just over a year with no complaints. I haven't had to call maintenance about anything, it's quiet and in an excellent location. Costco, Aldi, Target, Total Wine, Top Golf, Dave N' Busters, Dick's Sporting Goods, PetSmart and so much more all in walking distance (I drive but yeah it's that short 😂). I love it here!!! Oh and the staff always speaks to me with smiles 😁 The property manager Danielle is awesome ❤️

I enjoyed the location of this place but it does a good job at pretending to be on the higher end than it really is. This place looks higher end but once you settle down you notice how beat down it is and how they just cover over everything with a new coat of paint. Also be careful when moving out they tried to charge me for the carpet, cleaning charges even though we cleaned, and other charges Even though the upstairs neighbor flooded me twice they just push you off to customer service and threaten to report you to credit bureau if you don’t pay. I’m not a person to write reviews however I write this as a cautionary tale from my own experience.

*Flooded within first two weeks of moving in by unit above-told my only option was to move and would void lease agreement! *Bugs, bugs, bugs! *Ac runs all day but never cools -high electric bill *Maintenance comes every so often without properly fixing problems *Covers problems with paint *Rude staff starting from top down! *Appliances are not properly installed or working correctly *ac leaks from laundry through kitchen *high rent for $900 sq ft *parking is up to you never a close spot! *car left on blocks with stolen rims and tires-told there are no cameras - up to me to file police report

Its order style buy 12 month lease all went well. Price competitive with low security deposit required. Water Pressure low like others mentioned but that's common in the flat area

Simply put, the best place in Lafayette to live. Close to any kind of food or entertainment that you would like to enjoy. The staff is exceptional, always very kind and pleasant. Amenities are hands down the best I've seen anywhere. Don't pass on the chance of living here!
