The Place at Estes Park

An outside entrance door has broken for two years. No one in the office knows anything about it every time a call is made about it. The grounds have tall weeds growing near the sidewalk. Several of the office staff are rude regardless how polite you are to them. They don't seem to care about the property or residents and their is no pride in taking care of it. They also increased the rent. The owners should make some changes in management and invest in their property. Resident retention can't be great, so that should be a sign!

The changes and commitment to Estes park, has truly shown over the last year or so! The property staff are always willing to help answer any questions and happy to do it! The team is great at working together & very supportive in the common goal for all, success!

Terrible! Smoking all the time! even though they say no smoking.. terrible management, let anyone rent or own. The managers let the people smoke 24/7 in their units. Filthy and unsafe neighborhood and it's the slums.
