Moved in with my dog right after Labor Day and have been here nearly two months. This is a great location, really hard to beat if you need a central location between Minneapolis and St. Paul. The building is right at the Green Line stop/A Line stop/94 Express bus, which is great if you don't have a car like me. New building is nice and the units have modern appliances. Noise dampening must be good because while I occasionally hear folks above me walking, I typically do not have any noise issues whatsoever. The building management staff, maintenance staff are responsive and diligent with the upkeep of the property. The building has a lot of young people, a mix of college students (we're right in between Hamline/Macalester and Concordia, so that trakcs0, young professionals, and lots of do

I enjoy living at The Pitch. As someone who does not expect a lot, but a nice location in-between Saint Paul and Minneapolis, decent amenities, being close to multi-cultural grocery stores and small business is all good to me. I have lived in worse neighborhoods and worst management which is probably why I don't expect a lot, also living in the East Side Saint Paul for majority of my life, I am used to the seeing the homeless and thief in the day or night. MOSTLY living nearby University Ave, you have to be comfortable with that. The management has been very understanding and corporative of any requests I have made other than my water issue. Since I am at the end of the pipeline, my hot water tends to take longer to warm up which does bother me as a cook. This doesn't make sense to me as I

Ive been living here for about a year. The folks at the front desk are nice and i hadn't really had any big issues until recently. On the coldest day of the year when it's -20 degrees, my furnace decides to stop working. I put in a maintenance request and honestly was wondering how long it'd take bc the odds of me being the only one with heating issues in extreme cold seemed low. But to my pleasant surprise, Mike our maintenance guy came up in... I don't even know if it had been an hour. He was friendly, let me know what he was checking and what he found was the issue (im in engineering field so I like knowing how things work). Took him less than an hour to get the furnace up and running. And only a few hours after that for the place to get nice and cozy again. Thanks Mike!!

Living here was truly a special chapter in my life. From the very first day, the apartment felt like home. The sunset view from my windows? Absolutely magical. I’ll never forget those peaceful evenings, The layout was beautiful, modern, and clean. perfect for someone who loves aesthetic comfort. And let me just say I abused that mirror every single day for my OOTDs 😭. I also loved the gym, the sauna, and the cozy community room where I’d watch my favorite shows. Everything was well maintained and thoughtfully designed. The management team, maintenance crew, and cleaning staff were all so kind, responsive, and genuinely cared.
