Tamara is AMAZING. As an out of state owner - she went out of her way to do the little things. She even went to Menards for me. It all paid off. We listed the house exactly at the price she recommended and we had an offer in ten days. I’ve already recommended her to my family and friends. You can’t go wrong with hiring Tamara.

She would offer a simple, calm, and respectful opinion if asked for. Throughout the process, I truly got to trust and respect her input, questions, and reflections. Tamara is very kind and quick to respond to any question. When we ran into the occasional issue, she advocated for us. She also did so much work behind the scenes. The closer we got to closing, she just did things she knew needed to be done and made several things so much less stressful. I honestly was nervous about buying this time around and Tamara is the reason why I am smiling on this side of the process.
