The Pinnacle (Marina Tower)

Wonderful building. Amazing staff. Amazing neighbors. Highest-end building in downtown aside from Pacific Gate. I’ve lived here for 10 years and have zero complaints. Can’t say that about most places. Especially downtown buildings. Highly recommend.

Beautiful building inside and out! My good friend lives here and it’s very secure. Security is always present and very friendly to legit visitors. Apartments are big with great views, well appointed kitchens and bathrooms.

Nice place! The surrounding area is full of homeless & garbage.

I used to live at Pinnacle in 2006 and at the time it was arguably the best building in downtown SD. Since then they had a few mayor floods affecting the building but since then they have truly done a good job revamping the tower with remodeled amenities and common areas. Great location in the Marina District, the condos have high ceilings and nicely laid floor plans. Definitely a must see if you are looking for a luxury condo in downtown SD.
