Working with Kristen has been a great experience from day one. She’s professional, organized, and easy to communicate with, but also genuinely personable which makes a big difference when you’re trying to get things done. She was welcoming, appreciative, and very intentional about building a positive working relationship, and that kind of energy is refreshing. I really respect how she carries herself and how she engages with vendors. If you’re looking for a property manager who’s proactive, respectful, and a pleasure to work with, she’s definitely someone I’d recommend. Looking forward to working together more.

The patience that Kristen demonstrates to assist with residents is amazing. She really takes the time to listen and understand what the issue is at hand and does her best to find a solution. She is so informative and reassuring. I hope she stays here for a long time. She truly goes above and beyond for the residents here. I have never seen a manager be as helpful as she is.

I’m not even sure if I can put into words how satisfied I am , I’m newly moved in maybe about 4 months and they have been on top of it , Kristin to be exact, if I call she immediately handles my situation , and if she can’t in that moment she does as soon as possible it’s never a wait , never had a property manager who actually made me comfortable and not nervous to speak with .. thank you for everything

The property looks very quiet. I met with Kristen and she was very welcoming and knowledgeable. Apartment shopping isn’t easy but I’m excited she answered all the questions I had.
