The Pines Apartments

I've been living at The Pines Apartments in Montclair and I genuinely have a great experience here. The community is quiet, the neighbors are decent and it feels like a calm place to come home too. The front desk staff has been helpful and easy to work with and maintenance requests are handled quickly. I honestly don't have anything bad to say. It's a well run property and it shows. If you're looking for a peaceful place with good management, I definitely recommend it.

My lease contract is soon to expire at the beginning of March. I came across the Pines Apartments and the layout of the community made me want to inquire asap! I got in contact with Olivia and Monique (management), who have made the application process so quick, stress free and easy! The available units all have their own uniqueness to them that it was hard for me to choose from and the surrounding environment feels very inviting/welcoming! Olivia and Monique never hesitated to help out to make the process so smooth! I can’t wait to begin this next chapter here and I am glad to have come across such a beautiful community with such great management!

We have lived at the Pines for 9 years and love it! Nancy and Gloria are friendly, kind and responsive to any concerns we may have. They are patient, even when they are busy. We enjoy going to the office to visit with the them. They have been a great addition to the Pines community. Anufo, the maintenance man, does an excellent job fixing things. The community is kept clean and I feel very safe walking at night on the property. It is very quiet and there are no crazy parties going on. It is extremely pet friendly. They even have events for the dogs. Many of the neighbors talk to each other and some even have potlucks together at the pool. The one con is the rent goes up a lot each year. It wouldn't be so bad if it just went up $50 or less a year.

These were by far my favorite apartments of all time! They are one story and a small community and the scenery is beautiful! The amenities that are available are perfect. This is like a little oasis! The staff were incredibly helpful the entire time I was there, and really helped me with the emergency move-in process that I was in! I haven’t lived there in over 7 years and still, no other apartment complex as compared to these. Highly recommend!

I recently visited the community. I was able to schedule an appointment easily to view an apartment. The staff is great at getting back to you with any questions you might have. When I walk the grounds I was super impressed with how beautiful and clean the community is. The apartments a VERY well kept. It's a nice place .
