The Phoenix at Troy Crossing

I work for a corporate housing company: turnkeyRELO. We provide temporary homes for travelling executives, insurance claims, and individuals. We love working with The Phoenix at Troy Crossing! Our tagline is "FAST, FLEXIBLE, FURNISHED", and it requires support from a competent management team on-site to deliver that level of service to our clients. Since we opened our first apartment here in 2021, the staff has been amazing to work with. The grounds are beautiful, maintenance is quick, and the apartments feature great finishes and spacious layouts. 10/10—We definitely recommend living here.

Been here since they opened almost 5 years agao and they've been my favorite apartments I've lived in so far. Interiors are really nice, and I love having in-unit laundry. Front office is very helpful and staff keeps the public areas looking nice.

The Phoenix is a quality apartment complex with an excellent management team! Maintenance and management are always just a phone call away and they are always very kind.

Wife and I have been living here for 8 months now and it’s been an amazing experience so far. Amy and Debbie in the office have been amazing any time we’ve brought anything to their attention. Maintenance crew does an amazing job keeping the complex clean, from the parking lot to the hallways in the building and the stairwells, everything is always nice and clean. Very nice community and thankfully have had no issues with any neighbors. Would 100% recommend this complex to friends and family!

I'd argue that The Phoenix is the best apartment complex in Troy and certainly among the best in the metro Detroit area. They are fairly new, meaning they are in excellent condition. The units, along with the rooftop and leasing office space, are beautiful. Management/staff are friendly and helpful, and maintenance is very quick to address issues. Overall, it's a great community. Oh, and you can't beat the location!!
