I can tell you that Steven worked hard helping me to accomplish my loan. He did this with a lot of patience and care. He made me feel safe and cared about when I didn't feel secure in this experience. I know he must have wanted to pull his hair out with me at times, but he didn't show it. Instead he gently led me to accomplish the next step. If he couldn't answer one of my paranoid questions, he would call me back with an answer.
