The Phoenix Apartments

I love living there. I’ve been living there about a year and it’s a very peaceful community. Great place to raise kids.

Renewed lease for another year making this my fifth year here at the Phoenix! The entire staff is so wonderful!! I truly enjoy them because they practice the golden rule “treat others the way you want to be treated” The entire staff has helped make this place feel like home. Ms. Susie, Carlo, Maxie and Glenda thank y’all so much!

I lived in this apartment a few years ago which was the worst experience I’ve ever had with any apartment complex! They never fixed anything when you put work orders in they just pretend that they come out and do the work and never come which I have proof in my email/called after receiving it saying they came out and fixed things. They didn’t keep up with records of calls regarding problems in home had to keep my own paper trail. My apartments was filled with mold in every room almost , soft floors/walls molded cabinets, vents full of dust and things from previous tentants which i complained about cause of constant sinus infections which i have papers for & hospital bills im still paying they still didn’t come out and clean them properly, roaches everywhere from big to small which causes

Horrible place and management. Lived here for 3 years. Towards the end of my lease went 30 days without air conditioner with 2 small children, only to be told they were waiting on parts. This was not due to storms. We did go through 2 hurricanes in this apartment and it was completely destroyed. Still had to pay rent or be evicted while it was gutted and uninhabitable. Then when we moved out we had the new house and this apartment for 2 weeks so we decided to use the 2 weeks to clean out the apartment while we were moving. By the end of the 2 weeks it was spotless. Then they had the audacity to charge a $250 cleaning fee. And when I called and told them I payed a $450 deposit so it should come out of that, they said they had no record of the deposit. I said don’t worry I’ll get the record

I only lived at The Phoenix for a few months before my career led me to a new city, but my time there was great. Honestly the best experience I’ve had and I’ve been renting for years. The apartment was really spacious and updated, the grounds were well kept, and the diverse community was very welcoming. I had great neighbors who had great pets, so if you have animals they will have PLENTY of friends to play with. Shortly after I moved here new management was hired and Keri and Suzie Steele were ALWAYS AMAZING. They really are angels. Always friendly and professional, maintain great communication with the residents, and were very prompt with maintenance requests and addressing concerns. They do a great job running the property and definitely deserve a raise for all their hard work! I would
