The Perch

I’ve lived here for about six months now and I have had a good experience! The gym is nice, the pool is cute, and it is relatively quiet in the bldg. the property is in a great location to uber/lyft most places. The team is pleasant and they have cute resident events (thanks Kahlia & Blessing!) Any maintenance issues that I have had are handled quickly.

The value you get here is well worth the price. Madison made my move-in experience phenomenal.

Amazing community! I love all of the amenities and the office staff is so nice! The apartments are spacious and modern. It’s also located in an amazing area. Madison is the property manager and goes above and beyond for us as residents!

I’m relocating to Charlotte and toured countless apartments before finding The Perch. Madison and Kahlia were absolutely wonderful to work with, so helpful and patient in answering all of my questions. If you’re looking for a modern, beautiful community that’s tucked away from traffic yet still just minutes from Uptown and South End nightlife, The Perch is the perfect choice. I applied right away and can’t wait to move in!

Went to take a tour this week and was amazed at how modern and clean everything looked. As soon as you walk into the lobby, you’re hit with a feeling of home and a wonderful smell. Saw absolutely no bugs or any trash laying around, and as a person who despises roaches, that was my biggest fear. The staff were so accommodating and friendly so it’s a no brainer that I’m signing a lease here.
