NO LONGER IN BUSINESS. If you are waiting on the previous landlord reference for a new rental application, inform the new property manager that Pennbrook is no longer in business. Pennbrook’s maintenance guy was awesome and we got our full security deposit back. Other than that, they weren’t our favorite or our worst experience with a property management group.

The facility I rented for a very short period was well taken care of. But the lack of responsiveness and follow-through by the leasing was incredibly unprofessional. I gave 30 days notice of vacating the property, they then proceeded to take 70 days after that to create my deposit refund check, and then proceeded to send it to the address for which I had vacated two months prior. They had my forwarding address from when I initially signed a lease document, but repeatedly said they didn’t have a forwarding address, so instead of reaching out, they had just sent it to the same address I had rented. Absolutely ridiculous. They should have used the established communication method of emailing or calling me if they weren’t sure of where to send the check. It took several hours, and persistent f

I wanted to add my positive experiences to The Pennbrook website. I have been a part of their management system for many years and have had nothing but good results when I have required or needed some help. Connie has always gone above and beyond in listening and correcting any needs. The office itself has been a warm and inviting atmosphere. I would recommend Pennbrook to others.

I have lived comfortably in a Pennbrook building since 2016. I have found the company to be sensitive to tenants' needs and responsive to service requests. Pennbrook does a fine job managing this very busy mixed use downtown building, and I trust they have the same standards for all of their properties.

I don't think I have ever rented a home from such an amazing Property Management! Connie is amazing and is always on top of things. They always help me right away with any issue I have. Very friendly Property Management Company! I'm glad I found a great Company like The Pennbrook Company. Keep being amazing guys! ;)
