The Peninsula at Port Charlotte

We just got our keys today and I couldn’t be more happy to be calling it home. Brianne (I apologize if I misspelled the name) has been so helpful and understanding and truly made this a great process Brynn helped us a lot and was also just super they both our just wonderful at their jobs I am so glad my family decided to move to this apartment complex

I want to personally shout out Brynn Goldate The property manager at Peninsula(Murdock Circle) she is one of the best property managers I’ve ever met. I have lived at the apartment complex for a couple of years as a single mother and she has always been someone I could count on. From day one, she has been very responsive, professional, and proactive in every aspect! What stands out most is her attention to detail and commitment to keeping her tenants happy and comfortable. Any issues that arise are always quickly addressed and she has really went out of her way to help me with anything I have needed! I truly have peace of mind knowing I'm in Great hands. If you’re looking for a reliable, trustworthy, and highly competent property manager, I highly recommend Brynn Goldate <3

Brynn Goldate has been super helpful and is always there when you need something. She greets the residence with a friendly smile and makes me and my family feel welcomed every time we walk into the front office or see her riding in the golf cart. Brynn you are awesome and I hope you hang around for a while.

I've lived here for a year now and I love it. My neighbors are wonderful. The complex is dog friendly and there are tons of kids playing outside. Tracie in the office gives out dog biscuits! I feel safe even when I walk my dog at night. The staff always responds fast when there's a problem. When my a/c broke last summer, maintenance was here within an hour. Tracie worked so hard to get me approved last year because my finances were a mess. I'm so glad she did and I am definitely renewing my lease for another great year!

My family and I have just moved in. Since the beginning of this whole process, I have only spoken to Brynn Goldate. Ever since I contacted her, she has been kind, understanding and extremely efficient. When we moved in, there were a few issues and concerns I had and right after emailing her, the issues were resolved to our satisfaction. The place is calm and quiet and we absolutely feel comfortable here. Thank you Brynn for belong us find a great place we can call home. You are amazing 👏!!!
