David and his wife are good, honest people-so rare these days. I called him Thursday and he came out on Friday. I was impressed how thorough he was and had all the needed gadgets to get the job done right. I highly recommend for any of your home inspection needs! ☺️

I called David about a 4-point and a wind mitigation inspection on my villa I am buying. I asked for a next week inspection and he stated he was in the area and he could do it same day. That is customer service! The detailed report was very professional and after it was all over, he thanked me for my business.
