We made a decision in July 2024 to sell our home in Long Cove. Our first realtor was well known on the island, but our property was on the low end of the spectrum of properties he normally sells. We just felt he had lost interest when the property did not move expeditiously. To be fair, there was a surge in available properties in Long Cove and the market began to fluctuate a lot.
