We even made two offers on different homes but backed out once we found the home we are in now. Kate from Brokers was a referral. Right from the start, we felt comfortable with and confident in her knowledge of the market and local area and in her attention to our wants. What we appreciated most was her quick responses to all communications and ability to handle this locally on our behalf as we were living 5 states and 1,300 miles away.
