I haven't had as bad of an experience as some people have. While it's not my ideal area to live in, once I'm in my apartment I don't really care about what's happening outside. Yes there are some groundskeeping issues ( trash on the stair wells and homeless people) but otherwise I haven't had any outright complaints that weren't handled quickly. The manager Ms.Dana has always responded in a timely manner to all my maintenance issues as well as some security issues. It's been a long time since I've dealt with a leasing manger that cared. I like an office that I can count on being able to get in touch with efficiently. As I said, area wise...no this isn't the best location, but in terms of what you get for your money and some conveniences( like the train station and highway) it's ok, tempora
