The Peaks at Little Rock

DaiLisha is one of the best property managers I have ever ran across. She is always polite and professional. I love living at The Peaks!

The apartments are cool. I just hate how thin the walls are you can literally hear EVERYTHING! and the trash can area is often times messy & the stairways as well. I wish people would be more considerate of "quiet hours" during the weekday.

Rich Smith properties is by far the worst renter company that I have ever rented from. I have experienced so much unprofessionalism at all levels whether that be property management, maintenance or regional directors. I have been a resident of Rich Smith properties for over a year. During the beginning of my stay on the property I experienced unprofessional behavior from the management staff. The manager of the office happen to stay above my apartment and I constantly hear stomping and things being dragged across the floor morning and night. I complain about the circumstances to the regional director and received unprofessional responses and lack of concern regarding my complaint. Then I was sent an eviction notice under false pretenses. I did not receive a notice regarding a payment not b

I'm still waiting. I was told 2years ago that The Peaks were transition getting a secretary. Still haven't heard anything back about an apartment becoming available. So the office manager was rude who was replaced and the replacement became rude? These reviews makes me questionable. I really need some place to go. I just knew by now the new phases wldvbe done by now.

It’s really good out here and I recommend but there were some problems there are a bit of spiders and ticks around here and and each apartment has their own internet and it goes a little slow but I really love it I just wish they fix the spider and the internet problem because everywhere outside there’s spider webs and when I first came in my apartment I had to kill a spider but overall great place just bring bug spray
