Historic, Business, Commercial/Residential, Timeline Delay Management, Premium Product Representation and Marketing, Small buyer pool... he handled it all beautifully with class and professionalism. He also represented both sides of the deal. Some agents do that well and others are absolutely one-sided about representation or lost in the middle on a deal like this.
