The Pavilions by Picerne

Great apartments, amenities and service, the only issue I had is that I thought I had autopay set up and I was out of town at the time of paying rent, I received several calls from a number that my phone flagged as SPAM, a couple of days later I saw two people entering my apartment through my security camera. It turns out they try to call you a couple of times when the rent isn't paid before entering your apartment (they also left a note on the door) and started the eviction process. No emails, no text, no other attempt at communicating.

Wanted to share my amazing Experience living here. I Rented here for two years and it was really great. The staff was amazing to me and my husband and we were able to move in quickly during our time here we had no problems . maintenance was very helpful and on time when we reported anything, the grounds were Very kept up and same with the pools. Never had any problems with receiving packages or mail. It was always great. I never felt like anything would get stolen. I felt genuinely safe here and not only that but experience a lot of peace and quietness as this was a pretty quiet community, especially with Centennial Hills not having too much around you except homes and some stores. I would definitely recommend this apartment and not only this complex but any picernce company apartments in

I honestly wasn’t going to write a review and just leave it be, but I feel inclined to. I’ve become disappointed with our experience here. We have lived here for three years and finally terminated our lease to move into a house. During the first year, everything was great, but gradually things got significantly worse. The office staff is rude and unhelpful, our neighbors across from us were extremely hostile and uncomfortable to be around- always slamming doors, having multiple people over at all hours of the night throwing parties, playing loud music throughout the entire day, and on top of all of that there are six adults living there, which is insane in itself. It’s just uncomfortable all around. Also, the hidden fees they charge you once you move out are insane. Some of them are unde

Really enjoyed living here. The space is nice, the amenities are awesome. I lived right on Hualapai and the track noise wasn’t too bad. Lachelle and the other ladies at the front office were always helpful, super nice and were always up for random conversation. They made moving in and out super easy and helped with whatever random help I needed.

I just moved from this place after living here four years. I highly recommend this apartment complex, the staff are attentive and professional along with the maintenance being amazing, they fix everything immediately and really pay attention to detail. I would have loved to live here longer but relocated to another side of town for my job. I lived on the third story overlooking the mountains and had a ton a windows and sunshine. I had great neighbors and can not say enough great things about my time in the area and this complex. Thank you for making this apartment my home for 4 years! I'll greatly miss my views of the sun setting and the beautiful clouds and mountains.
