The Patio Homes of Persimmon

The place is really nice. However, the landlord is extremely rude to all the elderly out there. It is un called for. She refuses to give some of the copies of their lease agreements. In the agreement it does state if they can't stoop to pull weeds or if it's unsafe for them to be on a ladder to change a light bulb that she is responsible for it and she does not do it. On top of not getting repairs done in a timely manner like ac in the middle of summer and not providing a window unit either until threatened. She tries not to spend the money on our seniors because it gives her big fat bonuses. That's why she is never in the office to help them either.

My mother-in-law lives here. Homes are very nice. I wouldn't mind living here someday.
