The Paseo By Picerne

I live at The Paseo and love every single day of it. My favorite thing is the walking Path around the whole property. Ross loves to go on his walks, so clean and so safe.

Tanya was extremely kind and helpful and she made our experience at Paseo awesome!! Love these apartments and the front desk staff rocks!!!

I Highly recommend this place to call home. The office staff is friendly, and very helpful. Maintenance team is fantastic. The apartments are Beautiful, clean, and the grounds are very well kept. If you are looking for a clean, safe place to live come here. It is also gated.

Has been a great community to live in so far!! They do monthly events for there residents which is something you don't see a lot! Beautiful place to be

From the first day, we walked into the leasing office. The staff were super helpful.Alondra was the first staff, we met and took us on a tour. She was very polite and was happy to help answer any questions we had. Tonya Reached out and asked what time we would be there to get the keys and she met and walked us to the apartment. she even stopped out and answered a question for me when I stopped in with a smile on her face. Dominic was very helpful and answering all of my questions relating to renters insurance. This is my son’s first apartment, and it was easy-going, which I greatly appreciated. So far, he is loving everything about it.
