The Cleveland

We had such a great experience touring this complex! Monica at the front office was super helpful and had such a positive attitude from start to finish. She made everything feel welcoming and stress free. We did a self tour, and it was very easy to navigate and access the unit. The instructions were clear, and the whole process felt seamless. The atmosphere of the complex truly feels like home — it’s comfortable, inviting, and well maintained. On top of that, the communication throughout the entire process has been phenomenal. I am so excited to call this home.

What more can I say about Monica all the other reviewers have said it all. I was referred to The Cleveland by another agent at another Mark Taylor complex. I decided to take a tour mainly because of the name of the complex because I’m from Cleveland, Ohio and thought what better place to tour haha. Anywho as I drove up Monica and Rachel were outside handing out muffins and juice (it was Valentine’s Day weekend). I got the last chocolate muffin. They were both very welcoming although I did not have a scheduled tour. Monica took me home on a tour of the 2bdrm townhouse and wanted me to see it furnished she kindly escorted me over to the 3bdrm. I felt like she was Vanna White as she pointed out all the features in both units. Monica is TOP NOTCH. I’m strongly considering making The Cleveland

Monica in the front office is amazing!! It is rare to find exemplary customer service like hers today, and we are extremely grateful that we had her as our touring agent. Not only was she very detailed and thorough, but also genuine and went above and beyond for almost everyone that stepped into her office during our visit. We came in to tour a unit and walked out as official applicants. Thank you, Monica!

I am very happy to have moved here. Every unit has an attached 2 car garage which makes this place very competitive. Monica, the leasing agent is amazing! I went from just looking to putting down a security deposit within 24 hours after her very helpful suggestions and kindly pushing me to move to the Cleveland. Monica also put together a little community party a couple days before Christmas where members could wrap last minute presents, vote on different people's competitiveness regarding a lights competition and she provided free hot chocolate and cookies. Very few leasing agents will go as far as Monica to make sure you feel at home.

After looking at MULTIPLE townhomes in the area, I toured these & fell in love with them. The space inside, the area, & Monica were what sold me. The space inside - I was seeing multiple that had a nice master but VERY small rooms for the others. These are all very spacious! The area - Goodyear, need I say more? Monica - so sweet, answered every single question I had & kept me up to date throughout the entire process. I highly recommend these townhomes!!
