The Parkway

We’ve lived here for two years and have enjoyed our time! We love the walking path behind the building, close proximity to the freeway and walking distance to the Front Runner. We haven’t had any issues with neighbors and feel that the management staff goes out of their way to help when we have questions or concerns. The gym and pool areas are well taken care of. We love using both. The pickleball courts are hardly ever used and always open. Parking is never a problem unless you are getting back late at night and didn’t leave your covered spot open. There are places nearby though that I have parked at without a problem when that is the case. Overall a great place to live!

I’ve had a great experience living at The Parkway Apartments. The community has a very modern, updated feel, and the apartments themselves are stylish, clean, and well maintained. It really feels like a newer, high-quality place compared to many other communities. The amenities are a huge plus. The fitness center is well equipped and convenient, and the pool and common areas are always clean and inviting. The overall environment makes it easy to relax and enjoy where you live. The office staff has also been excellent. They’re friendly, professional, and always helpful when questions come up. They do a great job keeping the property running smoothly. Overall, I would highly recommend The Parkway to anyone looking for a clean, modern apartment with great amenities and a supportive managem

The parkway was mine and my boyfriend’s 1st apartment together. I absolutely loveddd them !! The pool, gym and hottub was well taken care of and was great. I loved our apartment it was cozy and decent size for the price. It’s in a perfect area, right by grocery stores , gas stations ect. The management has been AWESOME!! Karlin especially she helped me with every situation i needed help with. And the parking was perfectly fine for me and my boyfriends. We always found spots to park. The people who lived there are the sweetest. Definitely recommend living there 100%.

I've been living at the Parkway for almost 2 years now. I've seen and read lots of good reviews and lots of bad reviews. So here is my honest opinion. This is an apartment complex. There are things that are just not controllable. If you don't like having neighbors, any apartment probably isnt the best fit. However, I have loved living here. My wife and I have been raising our son here since he was 4 months old. We are on the bottom floor, so there may be some extra thick walls or something, but I havent had any issues with noise. We hear our neighbors above us OCCASIONALLY, but it's minimal and they are very quiet when it is late. The staff has been helpful in trying to make it a safe, secure place where I can grow my little family. We are hoping to renew our lease and continue living

We love living at the parkway! My husband, baby and I live in a 1 bedroom here. The community is quiet, safe and clean. There is a walking path connected to the community & it’s great for our walks with dogs. We have really enjoyed our time here so far.
