Dale really does an amazing job at managing very complicated mortgages. I'm self-employed with 4 businesses and the main one is only 4 years old. Most lenders just denied us because it was too much work, despite excellent credit and 20% down. But Dale arose to the challenge and really took care of us as we navigated the horrifically complicated mortgage process for self-employed buyers. I forewarn you that Dale does like to work all the pre-qualification out at the start. The good thing about this is that there are no surprises in the end. But the bad thing is it does require a lot of effort on your part from the beginning. But I promise it is worth it.
