Currently living here and have a civil suit in progress. I have gotten behind on my rent and have a pending eviction (I’ve been in law school for the past 3 years and in my last few semesters could not longer work full time, management changed so many times the agency i had helping me until I graduate no longer could assist d/t failed communication) and since then the new management has locked me and my kids out of the property multiple times, once changing the locks completely where we had to make a ER visit because my sons mandatory medication was locked in and emergency maintenance would not respond. That night I called into non emergency and the officer offered to have a locksmith come unlock my door for me at 1am because he assured that is highly illegal (which I already knew) and thi

This property has changed owners 3 or 4 times over the last 4 years. People just let their dogs poop anywhere only few people pick behind their dogs, so watch your step. Management is horrible and don't care. They renovated some apartments but even those still have issues. I have heard people complain of pests and extremely low water pressure. You're gonna pay over 1300 a month for anything bigger than a one bedroom apartment. Just go next door or to the nicer places.

There are new people on property. The staff is new and im happy for that. They are making a lot of good improvements to the property. The maintenance staff are keeping there promises on what they say there going to do. So happy for this change. Keep it up...

the apartments changed name but same problems and same mindset. Document everything because maintenance and property manager will keep lying and even lie in court! Even long time tenants can attest to the neglect in this property and whoever chose to manage it! So Now you will get a newly so-called “remodeled apartment” and get charged 50% more ; don’t do it ! it’s not worth it save your money for a different apartment complex !
