Great place to live you will definitely get your moneys worth everything is included in the rent which makes things easy, the renovations made a huge difference the units are upgraded and improved they look exactly like the pictures you see online and everything in them works. If you need anything Doug the property manager is very kind always happy to help with whatever you need he made lot of great changes/improvements to the place happy to have him here

Great things have happened since there was a change in ownership. The name was changed to The Parkline Apartments, and the new property manager, Doug, has made great changes in this place. He is kind, treats people with respect, takes time to answer questions, is easy to contact, is a problem solver, and responds in a timely manner. He and his crew are renovating the whole place, and have already made a very notable difference. I have lived here for ten years, and am very thankful that changes are being made.

I have lived here for eight years. It is a very safe and secure building. The new owners and Doug have been fantastic. Of course yes there’s gonna be some annoying things when you’re doing upgrades. If some people don’t understand that well that’s what happens when you do upgrades I love it here. I feel secure here and I will do my best to stay here. Thank you, Pete, Doug, and Jeff.

Just moved in and absolutely love the property! Doug was amazing with the whole process and was very nice and makes you feel so welcome!

so much care & detail put into updating this apartment. everyone is friendly, everything is clean & quiet. Doug & the new management/ownership have truly been fantastic. couldn’t be happier!
