Liberty Pointe

I recently toured these apartments and liked the layout of the one-bedroom, but it felt too small for two people and a larger dog. I went back to look at it again and still felt the space just wouldn’t work. I then toured a two-bedroom, but I couldn’t justify paying $1,970 a month. On top of that, there was a $50 application fee and a $250 amenity fee. They’re now saying the fee is nonrefundable after three days, which is frustrating since I wasn’t able to get in contact with anyone over the weekend. The overall experience was disappointing, and the staff was unhelpful and unprofessional. It definitely left a bad impression and confirmed this wasn’t somewhere I’d want to live.

I love living here! So friendly staff in office they are champ and maintenance people are soooooo friendly and very helpful and love to help us to have a comfortable environment at home I strongly recommend to live here! Beautiful place very safe here ! Whenever I need help the staff always respond back fast! Especially deaf residents they have so much patience with me since I’m deaf. They went above and beyond to make sure I know what’s going on and communicate with me I appreciate it! Cierra is CHAMP! She’s my favorite!

While all of the maintenance staff are great, and they all find ways to give my dog his highly anticipated treat when they see him, I just wanted to take a minute to recognize Joe. He came in to complete a service request on my thermostat for me today and as always, was prompt, professional, and kind. Joe takes a lot of pride in what he does, how well he does it, and the relationships he’s built in the community, so I wanted to send a note of appreciation and praise!

Lived here for nearly a year. Good location, close to Hwy 19/shopping/restaurants but away from noise. Nice views from some apts (see photos). Management/staff generally friendly/helpful. Buildings/apts kept up well. Stove, microwave, fridge, dish machine all work well. We plan to stay another year, maybe longer.

The leasing and management team are attentive and kind, maintenance is fast and reliable, and the pool is amazing during the warmer months. A very welcoming community!
