Repeated leaks, visible mold, and negligent repairs. Maintenance enters without proper notice, and requests for professional remediation are ignored. Management also charged improper fees for eviction notices. Extremely unsafe, frustrating, and unprofessional experience. UNLAWFUL EVICTIONS AND UNLAWFUL COLLECTION OF PROCESS SERVER FEES. DECEPTION AND FRAUD ALERT‼️They take advantage of the elderly and disabled ‼️

The staff here is helpful. In particular, our maintenance man Ricardo always shows kindness and patience. He works hard to do excellent repairs and upkeep.

Just recently moved in The Parker DTLV. Very helpful with the entire moving process. Tamiko worked with my schedule and timeline and was amazingly quick with getting me in. I’m truly appreciative of the attentiveness and thoroughness management and Tamiko had. Would recommend to everyone. (happy resident)

My Mom Brenda Abrams #114 is a new tenant and was help by Tamiko her professionalism was excellent she went above and beyond to be resourceful and helpful in every way she made my Mom feel so welcome I'm grateful for her kindness.

I truly like living here at the Parker DTLV Apartments. The Staff is very helpful and informative. At this time I have had no serious problems. They repaired the ceiling in the bathroom but I still have a bad smell of cats and they have not finished the painting also I am still waiting for a peep hole in my door. But I figured because I share this Apt with my brother who happens to be late with his part of the rent to which I know falls on me also. But really I don't believe it's his fault. He tried to pay his rent in the office (he has no phone) but the rentcafe would not except his card that is on the portal on the 4th of Oct. Tamiko gave him a WIP paper but he refused to pay the 3.95 for the Parker portal fee and the turn around and have to pay WIP fee as well. When he went to pay the
