The Parker at Maitland Station Apartments

Beautiful apartments. I love the outside area of the pool and grilling area! The dog park is perfect for any sized dog and it’s always kept clean! The apartments themselves are spacious. I really like how everything is inside and you feel like you’re living luxury! The office staff is very kind - especially Sidney! She’s very knowledgeable and welcoming :)

We just moved into our apartment at The Parker. We love our apartment and all the amenities that are here. The maintenance team and leasing office team are quick to respond and efficient. The resident events are also really great to get to know the community. Overall, we love living here.

I think they took my review down somehow but I have time. They towed my new car on Sunday night going into Monday because I didnt have a parking permit. The parking permit that I couldn't get because they were closed. Caused me to miss a day of work and also damaged my under carriage costing $750 to fix. Prior to that we had been living there fine for about 2 or 3 years. Pretty disgraceful management to be honest. With how things are so expensive, The Parker will make SURE you pay more than you are expecting! The property was alright though. Not Lake Mary quality but decent. Edit: You arent sorry, I explained the situation multiple times and still yall sent me to collections. Terrible people, terrible management! They will affect yoir future poorly, stay away!

I’ve really enjoyed living here. It's clean and feels safe. Sidney is the best, she is always helpful, friendly, and quick to respond. I also LOVE the community events! Overall, it’s been a really great experience and I’d definitely recommend living here.

I decided to come through and check out the apartment I was greeted by Eva she was extremely helpful with the extensive questions I asked because I’m new to Orlando. The property was extremely nice and the reception I received made me feel welcome. My contract starts in a few months and will sign because of the hospitality I received (compared to other properties I’ve gone to where they made me feel like a number). I’d recommend coming here and ask for Eva.
