I’ve only been here for 4 months & so far I have no complaints. Love the amenities , I do wish the gym was updated though & any minor issues I do have I go straight to Tori and she’s on it, she gets my problems resolved within a day or the same day. She’s very attentive, very empathetic & understanding. She literally goes above and beyond for the tenants and I love that. I am also upgrading my apartment with the help of Tori so I appreciate her a lot. If you have any questions or concerns about the complex go straight to Tori she’ll give you the help you actually need and not just brush you off. Thank you for being so amazing and actually caring.

Rent Too High for Amenities Provided I lived at The Parke at Trinity Apartments for one year and was disappointed with the value for the rent. The amenities were mostly unavailable and had been for the greater part of my stay. The water pressure was lackluster, the kitchen appliances were outdated, and in-unit laundry costs an extra $150-200 per month. There is a laundry room but the washers and dryers are old/subpar, leaving clothing still dirty/soapy at times. The maintenance staff was very helpful and did their best to get the jobs done. The rental staff were okay in general, but I never actually met the community director. I had to speak with the assistant on a few occasions and was disappointed with nonchalance and lack of action in their responses. I also had $210 of my security d

I have lived at Parke at Trinity for 7 months and it has been awful. I have made several pest control request for roaches without successfully removal of these disgusting bugs. No one from the leasing staff have reached out to communicate how to address this problem. I've recently brought roach trap (12) placed in my kitchen, living room, bathroom and bedroom since I've found them everywhere. I definitely will not renew my lease and I will post on all my social media platforms to inform others not to rent from this apartment complex.

TLDR: Terrible management, complete lack of communication, terrible amenities, WAY overpriced, generally a dangerous neighborhood. Front desk hardly answers the phone and give no option to leave a voicemail. The properties look old and trashy, on the inside and outside. We have had several issues since moving in that took multiple emails and requests to address. Our AC wasnt working for weeks, we put in multiple maintenance requests, and they kept blowing us off and said the AC was working. It was clearly not working and all they had to do was look at the AC unit to confirm. In fact, when they sent a contractor to replace the AC, the contractor let me know the AC unit wasn't installed properly to begin with. Maintenance entered my apartment without notifying beforehand and shut my water

Extremely unprofessional and do not answer the phone for any issues that might arise. The manager of the office is never there and when he is the workers still don’t answer the phone no matter how many times you call or the time of the day. Maintenance issues take forever to get resolve if they ever even make an effort to do so. The price of the rent does not match the quality of the apartments or the environment it’s in. If I could rate them any lower I would. (the response messages are just sent out by a bot not a real person so they aren’t actually responding to peoples complaints)
