The Park Townhomes

We’ve lived in this community for three years now and, I’m only just now getting around to writing a review 😂 This was the first place we moved into when we came to Utah. Cornerstone Management handled our move-in back then, and there were quite a few management changes at the time. Last year, Center Street Property Management took over, and we’ve noticed a big improvement. I barely ever go into the office, but whenever I call, I’ve had no issues — they answer my questions and address any concerns I have. They’re much more helpful and communicative than the previous company, and our work orders have been handled in a reasonable timeframe. Our neighbors are cool and everyone mostly keeps to themselves. I am giving this a 5 star only because of the current management. I have lived here for about 3 months now and it wasn’t the greatest at first. From multiple management changes to miscommunication and false information I was starting to regret my decision. However, after Nicki taking back over the management side it has been amazing! Proper communication, Maintenance requests being fulfilled right away, to any questions I may have I know I can reach out to her and I get an answer with in the hour sometimes minutes. The maintenance guys are very nice and helpful as well. We have lived here for over a year and enjoy our neighborhood. Friendly neighbors, other kids for my children to play with and easy access to the pool and splash pad during the summer which they kept clean. These are newer townhomes so I only had to call maintenance a couple of times for minor things. The complex is well kept and has nice curb appeal with lots of green space and a walking path that goes to the park next door. I liked that we had our own garage as well as a good size front porch that was covered, had its own grass area and enclosed gate. Location wise, it’s close to everything-less than 5 mins to catch the I-15 freeway or Davis corridor.

Updated review: May 2023. I replied to the request to contact regarding my review. The reply was: "How can we help you?" I replied back and have been ghosted, no calls, no emails, no nothing. Updated review Apr 2023: Ticket response is only quick if you have an emergency or water leak. Many of my tickets have been communicated to the office after putting them in the system and said to be put in but closed before you see the 1 maintenence person. There are sink holes or sinking lawns throughout, which can cause turned ankles and injured pets. Some of the settling has caused seperated flooring in the units. Snow removal is only great around the alley and one side of the side walk. They no longer shovel my stairs. We pay a $45 HOA fee, but it appears that it is only good for the community poo

So far we have only been here about a month but the move in process and everything has been so great and helpful we like the neighborhood and neighbors are respectful and not loud and the property management has helped us where we need help
