The Park on 56th Apartments

I lived here from 2021-2024 and my time here has been a very interesting experience, the first two years was not all bad but did have a few maintenance Issues with toilet overflowing more then 5 times through out the years. Last year was the worst for me during the hurricane last year my place developed mold/mildew . I had an open pipe leakage in my wall that maintenance was supposed to fix but did not completely fix the issue due to a piece they had to order which lead to my closet getting flooded and all my personal belongings destroyed. They let that open wall open for 3 months, I had a bee hive on my back balcony, big roaches flying roaches. Michelle was not pleasant with me at all during the hurricane disaster she gave me a few days to move and terminated my lease early due to my comp

This place is beautiful and has decent office staff is pool area is beautiful I love the way the apartments are modeled as well overall 5 stars

I would like to say the park on 56th looks amazing, I’m very proud of the maintenance team for helping with my work orders, office staff is very nice and friendly, grounds are beautiful, and the pool is amazing, great job the park on 56th looks amazing

I have been living at the Park on 56th street, and it has been the best time in my life. It is simply close to everything; period. From the manager, secretary to the maintenance people, all are simply great. Michelle has always been helpful! Jessenia is awesome, with every work order requested. Josh is the best; he will take care of business, ASAP. I am very happy! Thank you

I moved to The Park apartments Feb ‘24 and this has been one of the best places I’ve lived while in Florida. I have a 2bdrm 2 1/2 bath I’m in love with. I’ve never had an issue getting anything fixed/replaced. It’s all been done in a timely manner. The office staff is great. Jessenia is always smiling and so full of energy. She’s always willing to help with whatever I need. It’s also a very quiet neighborhood & neighbors keep to themselves. I can see myself being here for a long time.
