River Rock

I’ve lived in this apartment complex for three months, and my experience has been very positive. While older reviews were negative, they reflect the previous management. The new management has completely turned things around. The staff is friendly, professional, and always keeps the property safe and well maintained. Maintenance requests are handled quickly and efficiently. The location is also a huge plus — close to supermarkets, malls, transportation, and everything you need. Overall, it’s a great place to live, and I highly recommend it.

Don't pay attention to old reviews from 6 months ago, those owners and management companies sucked. There are new owners and new folks running things. But wow, the turnaround in River Rock aparetments is "the bomb" and we love the new property management team. Ever since the complex was bought by the new people last summer, they give us great service. They're replacing all the roofs and gutters and somebody told me that the exterior will be painted soon. It's a great place to live now! An easy 5 star rating! It's hard to find a place to live where they actually care like this.

I move in Tomorrow and very excited. My experience has been great so far. Dealing with the office manager Kristen was great. Can not wait to move in. I have been living at River Rock for just over 2 years. It has been one of the best apartments I have lived. The units are nice and spacious. One thing I found that sets them apart from other properties is if you have any issues they take care of it quickly. Susan the manager and Kristin who work in the office are always friendly and great. I would have stayed but my father was moving out and no longer need two bedrooms.

Susan ( property manager) is super helpful and always communicates. This is a nice and quiet complex with beautiful renovations. Other tenants are friendly as well.Maintenance is always available for any issues, which is great. You can tell the property is well maintained and all efforts go into making it comfortable.I would recommend this complex to anyone looking to move in.

I'm thinking of moving to Tampa and traveling to check apartments but in this I found everything I was looking for. The rooms are large, super spacious. I loved the green areas and the facilities. I also got a good deal from the leasing consult Dianna Corbin, excellent communication and availability to accommodate my appointment to see the apartment. I RECOMMENDED 200%…!!!
