The Park Avenue Apartments at Salem, OR

I have lived here for over a year, and my overall evaluation is these apartments are borderline unlivable Starting with the lot itself, there's no guest parking, period. The markers for the parking spots are completely worn out to the point where mine isn't even visible. Also, homeless people are a frequent, reoccurring issue, coming through often to dumpster dive in the early morning So how are the units, then? Well, when I moved in, my unit reaked of animal urine, and the property management at the time did absolutely nothing about. Even after fixing it with my own money and labor, this apartment still smells like an old, rotten building - because that's what it is. There's no insulation whatsoever, to the point where it barely even feels like being indoors, and there's plenty of noisy

I have only just begun working with this community but the new manager, Pricilla, is one of the best I have worked with yet. She takes excellent care of the communities she runs. She is helpful, attentive, and kind and has this community locked in.

I have been here 2 years now and Sandra has been the best community manager this property has had. She’s very knowledgeable, understanding, patient and always willing to go above and beyond for her residents. I have nothing but good things to say about her. I only go to her for any issues/assistance I have as she makes me feel uncomfortable. Thank you Sandra for all you do for me and our community.
