The Park at Springdale

I love the management team here always going above and beyond for the tenants, the property has been recently renovated and they make sure to respond promptly to maintenance requests and overall leasing issues. If there was a sixth star I would vote that high. Thanks for all your hard work and dedication Cheri Baker and the team you don’t go unnoticed!

Nice experience so far. I’ve been here 5 months and love my apartment. The floors are very nice the kitchen the bathroom the rooms all is amazing. I haven’t had any roach problem and every time I call maintenance they come within 30 mins. The Parks is still doing remodeling I think it’ll be even more amazing when it’s all the way done.

i have lived here for 7 years. Over the last year this property has improved. trash is picked up everyday. everything looks clean. I have never seen any manager since I been here come out of that office to do anything. the manager we have now is out every morning picking up trash and in the afternoon walking around keepin people and they kids in order. i asked her why she out here doing that and she said to help my team. since i been here there has been no resident meetings. today we had a resident meeting at the office. they say they are doing them every week a few buildings at a time. i am happy i didnt move out like i started to.

You are locked into a yearly lease and not able to fo to Month to Month lease. They allow cars to be towed with no explanation nor help with the situation. They change ownership without notice to residents. This property is not beautiful and work with the residents as in past years!!!

This place doesn't deserve so much as 1 star!! My daughter and son in law and grandchildren are currently living here and the place is infested with bedbugs and roaches. Maintenance doesn't do anything but put a bandaid on things if they do anything at all. The Hispanics upstairs are loud and throw trash over the balcony onto my daughter's patio. The play parks are usually covered in broken corona bottles. They recently renovated which made it look a little nicer but again it's just a bandaid! I'm turning this place in. The owners should be ashamed!!
