The Park at Santa Maria is hands down the nicest place someone could live at. The staff is fantastic, they know you by name. When the staff says they strive to be above the rest they really do live by that. Would highly recommend living here!!!

I recently called to inquire about the community as my husband and I are planning a move to the Ormond area, and I have to say — I was so impressed! The manager Sydney was absolutely wonderful. She was incredibly kind, insightful, and professional, answering all of my questions with such patience and care. Even though we still have some time before our move, this community has already moved to the top of our list thanks to the amazing experience Sydney provided. It’s clear that they genuinely care about their residents and their community. We’re excited to keep this place in mind for our future home!

Avoid The Park at Santa Maria – All Looks, No Integrity This place might look decent on the surface, but don’t fall for it. The Park at Santa Maria is a health hazard wrapped in fresh paint. From the moment I moved in, I dealt with mold — in the vents, walls, and closets. The smell alone was enough to raise red flags. But instead of properly fixing it, the management just paints over the damage and pretends it’s resolved. Meanwhile, you're breathing in toxic air and risking your health. It gets worse. The entire property is infested with bugs — roaches, silverfish, ants, and fleas. Yes, fleas — even if you don’t have pets. I had to treat my unit multiple times because management’s pest control is barely present and totally ineffective. It’s disgusting. The only bright spots in this place a

Convenient to The Trails Shopping Plaza, restaurants, medical services & VoTran. Only 3 miles to the beach! Onsite staff professional & always available. Prompt & friendly maintenance repairs. Onsite laundry room(s). Perfect fit for me (non-driving retiree).
