The Park at Riverview

I had a great experience at Park at Riverview. Rebecca, the leasing agent, was incredibly warm and inviting. She made the whole process feel comfortable. I’m genuinely excited about making this my new home!

I would like to commend Jay on a job well done!!! He came into my apartment and fix everything that was requested. Customer service A1 maintenance work A1 if I could give more than 5 stars I would. He needs to be commend for this.

The trash areas are constantly overflowing, and the breezeways are always dirty, creating an unpleasant and unsanitary environment. The maintenance crew is constantly changing, which points to deeper management issues. It seems like the real problem lies with the office staff — poor organization and lack of accountability are clearly affecting the overall upkeep of the property. I would have put a negative ⭐, but it wouldn't allow it

I have been living here for 3 months already and so far I can say that I really like it here because the neighborhood is quiet and most of all, the staff are always friendly and there to help.

I had a great experience with the staff and neighbors yesterday at the line dancing class. We should do more activities like these more often. We are building a community of people who are passionate and committed to help. Shout out to the management team who helped create this amazing event. Thank you. Reece, was very pleasant and professional as well. He got the work done in a timely manner. Work was completed in a timely fashion. Maintenance crew at here is awesome. Thank you.
