The Park At Redstone Apartments

Ms Pat is wonderful we have been here almost a year and every problem we have was fixed in a day or two they only have one maintenance guy and he is awesome but I know he has a lot on his plate but very professional

Went to look at this location just 2 days ago and I saw everything that these reviews says. Ms. Patronia showed me an apartment that she WASN'T EVEN SURE if the last set of folks had moved out. Ms. Pat, Would you live there? She definitely is a liar because she gave 1 price over the phone, then when I got there said another prices. 🙄. Dead bugs everywhere, dirty appliances, and it has MOLD. NO PAINT WILL GET RID OF MOLD. Someone needs to call the HEALTH INSPECTOR AND SHUT THIS PLACE DOWN. OH one more thing, Don't tell MS. PAT NONE OF YOU'RE BUSINESS, SHE TALKS ENTIRELY TOO MUCH. UNPROFESSIONAL!!!!

The only thing positive, I can say about these apartments is, that it has gotten better than what, they use to be. But, one thing for sure is Mrs. Pat is a wolf in sheep clothing. She don't like when You challenge the lies, she tell, beat on your door; like she the Police. I should have listern to former Tentants but, I wanted to give Mrs. Pat the benefit of the doubt. Before moving in I asked her, what was my portition of rent. She kept saying, she didn't know; until after November 5 and charged me late charges. Should have known something then. They screwed up my rent payments in October for 2 years and waited til December to charge Me for their screw up. And Mrs. Pat claim, she didn't know, why it was happening nor did she try to find out. The apartments were great when the new management was here untill she left for maternity leave and has not came back since and the assistant manager does not take care of the problems here. Maintenance gets stuff done when they want and parking sucks here. People that do not live here park here throughout the night and no tow truck comes by because management has to call them but of course management does not check vehicles. They allow motorcycles to park under the balconies which is against fire codes. This place is not good only good for a little bit then to move out.

A horrible place to live!!! The won't spray for bugs. They won't let u hire someone. We had a patched whole in the wall that was there since the first week we moved in. Due to a leak up stairs. They have cameras that apparently don't work. We had multiple things stole off our porch. Which leads me to believe they don't care for the safety of their residents.
