The Park at Palatine Apartments

After speaking with the Park at Palatine I could understand why they’re highly reviewed. I lived at this property November 2023 until October 2024. I lived in the older part in the front. My time there wasn’t too bad. It definitely could have been way worse. All complexes come with pros and cons. After reading this review, you should have a pretty good understanding of what they have to offer. Layouts are spacious, Apartments are presented cleanly, Walkways could be better maintained. I absolutely loved my floor plan, massive closet. Great size bedroom, and I had a decent sized patio. 1x1 Do not offer washer dryer so plan on using the laundry mat. The older building definitely has its charms. But do understand if you decide to live in an older building, this may include bugs and possible

This place is really good for someone starting up as far an eye and few nights of stay can tell. Latasha was an amazing sales agent. She took care of my first apartment setup and it’s looking beautiful. She was very patient with me— amazing customer service and really just was full throttle since I began the process. There’s a couple things here that aren’t exactly 5 stars but for the price …. It can’t be beat.

Latasha the leasing professional is great. Helped me get into my apartment in a timely manner. She is very helpful. The maintenance man Darius is great too! ✅

We arranged a tour with the Latasha the leasing agent. She was exceptional and patient. She answered our questions and the tour was pleasant. Very knowledgeable. Her demeanor and personality was professional. Thank you

Leasing Office keeps running circles around me. I submitted my application on Nov. 12th (Wednesday), sent all my documents in Nov. 15th (Saturday). I called Nov. 17th (Monday) and spoke with an agent regarding my application to see if everything was fine; I was told yes. On Nov 21th (Friday) I left a voicemail still no one contacted me back. It took for my to physically come to the leasing office on Nov. 26th (Wednesday) just for someone to tell me they that did not receive my rental verification form from my previous landlord. My previous landlord emailed the form 3 times. No one tried contacting me at all. Cool. I made sure I got it in before 12 pm that day and was told I would have an answer by end of day. Which I knew was bull cause it was the day before Thanksgiving. I at least tho
