The Park at Olathe Station

I experienced an issue with a leaking sink and submitted a maintenance request last night. The maintenance staff member came the following day and resolved the problem very quickly. The repair took no more than 15 minutes. I was very satisfied with the prompt response, efficiency, and professionalism. I appreciate how quickly the issue was addressed.

I’ve been living here for 4 years and have had an excellent experience. The apartments are great, and the service is professional and high quality. Especially Steve, who handles the repairs—he always provides the best possible service with professionalism, care, and excellence. I highly recommend this place!

Went to see an apartment this morning. I walked in and met Betsy who was very nice. However when she went to find the key to the apartment she couldn't find it for the apartment I was going to look at. Then when she finally located she asked if I was ok going to look at it by myself. Then the carpet guy came in and said he needed to go to that very apartment and one other. So I went to the apartment to meet him so he could let me in to see that place and instead of doing that he went to the other apartment and had me waiting outside standing there looking stupid. I have been here for 5 years now. The maintenance men are very hard working and I have not had any issues with the newest property managers in the office. Each interaction has been so pleasant. I even had a scare, not related to this community, and one of the maintenance men stopped by to check on me. I cried happy tears that day. It made me feel so safe that they were paying attention. I honestly love it here and I love the quick turn around whenever there is a concern. Anytime I call or email, there is always a response. I need them to know they are appreciated. Thank you for making this a great place to live!

This apartment complex was very nice. I was treated very well by management. Also, the maintenance staff was very good and they did things in a timely manner. The price was reasonable considering the location. Also, the location was convenient to everything a person would need. I was only there for work. I would recommend this apartment complex to anyone from out of town who wants to come and work in the Kansas City Metro area.
