Replace everyone in the leasing office. Frustrated i am with the place and lack of leadership. Speaking with Hailey and Angela is pointless. What’s the point of following protocol when they do not. I’ve put in request ( more than one) and nothing has happens. What’s the point of having a key to my apartment when you don’t use it. Pest control comes but never enter. I work, I’m not home to let maintenance in. Let alone let them in when I put in a maintenance request. Save your money! The place is overpriced, there’s no where to place your trash (dumpster is always full/ trash everywhere), dog feces in common area (we as resident shouldn’t have to notify of these things when you you should canvas the area), the lack of urgency to repair maintenance issues is absurd(several request put in),
Angela never knows what's going on. Hailey slow and avoids emails/voicemails/calls. I moved out, provided my 60-day notice, was told by Hailey I would get $130 refund since I paid $1330 (which is what was posted onto my account as my notice to vacate), but you only pay 1-month worth of rent to break lease (not the $130 in monthly fees). Logged into my account today to see they're keeping my $450 security deposit, and additionally using the $130 overpayment towards carpet cleaning? Shouldn't the cleaning payment be taken from the security deposit you all are keeping (although this is not stated in the lease agreement)? I have family that lives in these apartments and we went to the pool. The maintenance man came into her apartment and locked the door after he left we were locked out. We politely asked HALEY(HALIEGH, HAILEY)! If she could open the door or find someone who could. She told us to go find the maintenance man ourselves!!! So I politely asked her if she could call him she told us to wait outside by the pool and she LOCKED US OUT! This is extremely unprofessional and not the first bad experience I’ve had with her. Yall Take notes from the bad reviews. This is the absolute worst I mean WORST place to bring your family or yourself. I’ve been trying to get several maintenance problems handled for the last 2 months, Yes 2 months! And don’t even get me started on their communication skills. They can’t decide how the residents are gonna pay rent each month. It changes and goes up more and more. They overcharge on the water bills and won’t refund anyone due to losing their partnership with the company. It’s all poorly managed and ridiculous. Not to mention if you come home late with a reserved spot or not it’s gonna be taken. You will park somewhere wrong because you had no choice and come outside the next morning to your vehicle towed without a warning. Not to mention it gets towed to the worst place in J
