Southwind Apartments

I love Mary White and her assistant, of course maintenance. The complex is clean, quiet. The apartment is just what we are looking for. Mary and her assistant is always helpful and smiling. We were treated with respect, it didn’t matter the time of day. Some people have attitudes, you will not find that at Southwind Apartments. It is so refreshing to be here. As I said before we love it here and Mary and her assistant. They are beautiful people. We plan to be here for a while.

1 star is more than it deserves. I’ve lived at Southwind Apartments long enough to say this confidently: the place is far too expensive for what you actually get, and recent changes have only made things worse. When I first moved in, I expected the price to match the quality, but over time it became clear that the value just isn’t there. The biggest frustration is that they’ve now added a parking fee, which feels like a cash grab on top of already high rent. Nothing about the parking situation has improved—no extra security, no new spaces, no upgrades. You’re simply paying more for something that was already included before. It’s frustrating and makes you feel like they’re constantly trying to squeeze every dollar out of residents. A lot of the 5-star reviews are misleading, and honestly

I have absolutely no complaints. It’s quiet, and my apartment is very clean. Ms Mary is one of the most genuine people to meet.

I lived at Southwind for 3 years and I had the most amazing experience. The community was quiet, zero crime, and my neighbors were very friendly and supportive. Mary and Chanel were extremely kind to me and when I had issues both were willing to work with me as much as they could. Thank you for the experience Mary and Chanel.

I live here for 3 years I have enjoyed my time here the maintenance staff and the office staff has been great love the residents of activities they have for us Chanel and Mary has been great
