The Park at Castleton Apartments

This living experience has been a breath of fresh air! Brandon, the Assistant Manager at The Park at Castleton, is always super helpful and easy to work with. Anytime I’ve had questions about rent or needed help with a work order, he’s been quick to respond and make sure everything gets taken care of. He’s professional but also very approachable, which makes a big difference. Great customer service and really appreciate all the help he has provided.

I just want to say a special thank you to Hayley for helping me with everything and being so supportive and outgoing every step of the way. I truly appreciate you, girl, and all that you do. 🥺 Walking into my apartment and seeing how nice and clean everything was, and that it came with everything I wanted, really meant a lot to me. Ms. Williams, she was very professional, smart, and her personality is in a class of its own. She made sure I would understand each steps when applying to become a resident. She reached out to me through phone calls and emails. In person, she is one of the best. Other staffs as well were nice, but Ms. Williams stood out. Thanks for hiring her.

I've been having a hard time finding my grandma a place, some ppl are so rude. Well call here spoke with Brandon, very polite, and he did an amazing job informing me about everything I needed to know. Got me a tour scheduled, but I'm pretty sure I found her a place. Thank you Mr. Brandon.

Brandon did an amazing job on touring a beautiful 1 bedroom 1 bath. He was very informative and professional! Hayley B also had a great positive attitude in the office! My tour experience was great! I look forward to moving here!
