The Park at 4690 Apartments

DO NOT MOVE HERE!!! WARNING YOU PLEASE DO NOT MOVE HERE!!! The problems here at this conplex are not minor! There are raccoons in the ceilings/attics of the apartments and they try to scratch through to get into your home! My ceiling is caving in from water damage and the ceiling in my bathroom has a big crack in it from the raccoons trying to scratch through. I have been recording and keeping photo evidence because this makes the apartment inhabitable along with other big issues! There is also a huge roach and water bug infestation! Pest control comes but he only does a little spray by the fridge then leaves! He doesn’t really spray how he is supposed to! The heat in my apartment does NOT work at all and it’s currently winter and has been snowing so it gets super cold! Some of the outlets

Infested with roaches and ants. Poor maintenance people do not like to fix anything like the water heaters, leaky tubs and toilets. They only seem to care about making sure the grounds are kept clean than fixing what's needed in your apartment. Not worth the price to live here!! They keep going up on the rent. They never answer their phone, you must go to office to talk to someone

horrible communication on behalf of the office people no one answers the phone, car got broken into less than a month of moving in, laundry got stolen out the dryer my first time using it and of course they have no cameras or don’t even care to get any. but god forbid you’ve got stuff on your porch. i wouldn’t recommend this apartment complex to anyone unless you’re downright desperate which is the only reason i signed my lease in the first place. horrible !!!!

Current resident. They will NOT directly reply to phone message or emails. They don't fix things like the shower, oven (mine almost caught on fire one time) or the refrigerator for weeks. They charge a monthly pest control fee and I didn't see a pest control guy for the first YEAR. It wasn't until I asked about it several times that they finally started sending someone. They sneak in charges, don't tell you about it and then, of course, don't return message. They flat out don't care. It's also a bad neighborhood with crazy and loud neighbors. They also just raised the rent. Edit: The heat has never worked since I've been here. The thermostat half works and two living room outlets have never worked. The AC and hot water were broken the very day I moved in.

I just moved in, and cannot thank Veronica enough. Her and the regional manager were so awesome. I am so happy that they worked on my move in and got everything handled for me. Veronica worked extremely hard to make sure I called The Park my home. And it is indeed my home!
