The Park Apartments

Honestly this is a great apartment complex, the staff is great and gets the work orders done efficiently. The office members are all nice, everyone is always helpful. The community is quiet and the prices are great in Orlando winter park. they do pest control every week, gated community, it’s a great complex.

This is the first community I lived in when I moved to Orlando 15 years ago, and I’ve recently moved back into a remodeled unit. It’s such a great place to live, gated, calm, great amenities, and the staff and maintenance are extremely helpful. I even got after hours help in a timely & efficient manner. I’m proud to live here I recommended them to anyone looking for clean, peaceful, & affordable housing.

I lived there for about 4 years in two different apartments. Let me say it was very evident when there was a shift in management. It went from nothing getting fixed to things getting fixed in a couple days. To weeks without a response from the office to end of day call backs. From maintenance doing the bare minimum to going above and beyond to make you comfortable even when things would have take a while to fix. It was a night and difference. Would I have recommended this place when I first arrived? No. But now, I’d say it’s an excellent place to live in. Management is attentive and kind, neighbors keep to themselves and maintenance is now skilled, thoughtful and effective. Highly recommended 💛

The managers, maintenance, everyone is so helpful. Every time I’ve had a request or a question they have been on top of it. I have been living here for 4 years and it has all been positive. Recently I had an electric issue and maintenance came in the same day. The assistant general manager is always so responsive and Melissa has always been great to me since I moved in.
