The Park Apartments

I’ve lived in this apartment community for almost eight years and I have next to no complaints. Since MSA took over management, it’s been a great experience. The resident app is very user-friendly and makes everything easy. Maintenance requests, rent payments, etc. Maintenance is excellent. Requests are almost always handled the same day, or first thing the next morning if it’s a weekend or holiday. The location is also a huge plus. Being walking distance to the Pearl and right off St. Mary’s Street made living here all the better. Overall, it’s been a great place to call home and I’d happily recommend it.

Nice apt's. Moderate price range. Close to SAC. , And downtown.
