The location of the apartments is really nice since it's close to a lot of shopping centers. The app to pay rent is very straight forward and easy to use. As far as managment goes I haven't really had any encounters with them besides my initial move in and a short introduction to the property manager Michelle through passing. Amos from maintenance is really helpful when it comes to questions about appliances he's really knowledgeable. I can't really speak on other peoples experiences in the complex but there are some things that should be addressed. On weekends when the office is closed the property is kinda loud , theres a specific tenant who has their tv so loud between the hours of 7:30-9am and keeps it on throughout the entire day making it hard to even relax. I moved into this apartment complex in October, and overall the move-in process was quick and easy. Pal assisted me with my intake appointment and was friendly, warm, and kind throughout the entire process. When I came to pick up my keys, I was greeted by Jasmine, who was very kind, sweet, welcoming, and friendly. Amos, the maintenance manager, was full of excitement and very welcoming as well, which made a great first impression. Because of my initial positive experience, I even referred residents to this community, which speaks to how much I liked it early on. I’ve had a few interactions with the property manager, Michelle. These apartments are not affordable. They just make people come and see it and rent it that’s why they are fooling people saying affordable. I contacted them and received an email asking for all my documents,but when I went there they said the actual price. Also my friend have been there they ask her the same thing,but they took her money order and gave her tour. There are so many people working in the leasing office I have submitted online application then I got several emails from 3 different people with different things. Someone was asking for documents another person was saying she received my application, 3rd person was saying that I am rescheduled for a tour I missed the appointment,but I was already there on the day and time of my appointment.

I had a great move-in experience here. I got a call that I was chosen off the lottery by the manager, Michelle. From the very beginning she was extremely friendly, informative about the amenities, and clear about everything I needed to bring in. She made the whole process feel easy and organized. The compliance portion on the company’s side took a while and was a bit frustrating, but that’s not on her she handled everything professionally. She was out for about a week or two recently, and the difference was noticeable. Since she’s been back, the smoking on the property has stopped, rules are being enforced again, and I’m back to being greeted by friendly staff. Her new leasing person Jasmine is really nice and helpful as well, and maintenance (Amos) has been great too.

When I moved in July, the application and leasing process was a breeze. Michelle helped me get my documents in order and was really patient and knowledgeable about what I needed to get approved. Before it was full, it was so quiet and clean. 4 months later, I’m not too pleased with a few things. It’s getting a little ghetto real fast. They have moved in a lot of ppl who don’t seem to care about following rules. I was told there is no smoking on property yet, I see ppl smoking walking their pets or hiding behind dumpsters to smoke. The kids on the playground can be very loud with the screaming and playing, which is normal for happy children I guess. But the playground should only be open from 6am to 6pm. After 7pm why are ppl still letting their kids go to the playground when the day is co
