Great Agent. We were moving back to California after living out of state for 5 years. We met with Luann via Zoom and corresponded heavily through email and text. A few weeks before our move we flew out and Luann set aside time 2 days to meet with us and show us a number of houses. We made our decision and she eagerly put in our offers and got our price reduced and solar thrown in. She kept everything moving smoothly and made sure we closed on time. Consummate Professional. Having bought or sold over a dozen properties, I know the agent can make or break a deal... especially as the seller. Online research, lead to a hand full of Agent interviews (first property I've sold in Sac market)... and ultimately chose LuAnn.
